In general, we charge a pre-determined fixed fee. The fee is determined by:
- The scope of the project, in terms of the tasks, documents, and/or outcomes that require assistance.
- The specific needs of your target audience.
- The quality of your existing materials, including early drafts of business plans, training portfolios, market research, etc.
- The clarity of vision for outcomes
- Your availability and willingness to participate in the preparation and development of the training, workshop or coaching program. We use a value-add model in consulting.
- The complexity of your industry and business model.
- The availability of industry information.
- The desired timing relative to our workload. In general, “rush” jobs / "last minute requests" include premium pricing
The investment for a typical project, which may include the pre-evaluation, needs assessment, implementation, presentation, system design, public or private presentations, group or individual coaching, can range from a few thousand dollars to several tens of thousands of dollars.
